All caterers will have menus put together for events. After all, it is not like you are going out to a restaurant and everyone gets their own special plate. That would be nearly impossible for larger groups. Even though they do have their own menu groups, a good corporate caterer will be able to make subtle changes in what will be offered throughout the event. Ok, this still falls under the menu selection, but here we are talking about the special dietary needs of the guests. Vegetarian, gluten and lactose-free , all of the other restrictions can seem to make it difficult to select a menu for everyone. Look into how long they have been in business. This will give you a good idea of how they treat their clients and the quality of the food they serve. Ask if they have served parties your size and if they have any photos of past work. Any reputable caterer will be more than happy to provide this information and even give you references. They will also be able to help you with planning tips for your corporate event.

This is where you should ask your caterer if they can serve your location. Many times they can even recommend the perfect location for your corporate event. That way you will be able to find someone that works well with one another.
